We had an amazing two-night stay at The Port William Inn. The views of the sea from the rooms are absolutely breathtaking — truly dramatic and beautiful. The rooms are cosy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and great quality. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel really welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this lovely place, and we’ll definitely be back.
We recently travelled from Plymouth and stayed at Port William in Tintagel to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing – so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel special, and it truly made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. The food was fantastic – incredibly tasty and beautifully presented – and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Every meal felt like a treat, and the team made sure we were looked after at all times. It was also wonderful to stay somewhere so dog friendly. They made a special effort to accommodate our dog, which meant so much to us and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Port William for making our anniversary so memorable. We’ll definitely be back
We had a sunday roast in the restaurant yesterday and we were served by Liam. The food was amazing and the service by Liam was 10/10. He was friendly, attentive and helpful.
What a fantastic place. Great location off the beaten tract unless your doing a coastal walk. Wonderful views, great walks a long as your up for it. Lovely staff, good food and beer. I will definitely be going here again.l

I wanted to rate this hotel that I was booked into however after misinformation from booking.com we had to cancel after arriving. Booking.com promised more that was available at the hotel without going into details the hotel instantly offered a full refund for the stay. We did manage to find another place an hour away. The manager of the port william in who I at the start gave a hard time went beyond to be helpful and I recieved the cost into my account within 24 hrs. It is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location and to be honest if we had seen it before I would not have booked it in the first place as my wife could never had been able to go a walk in the area. It's perfect for a younger more active person.
We visit the Port William Inn every time we visit this area of Cornwall. The service is always excellent and Mary is always obliging and friendly. It is such a well run pub and the food never disappoints. The location overlooking the sea is breathtaking. It really is our favourite pub.
